As a self-proclaimed expert in chick flicks and horror movies, I spend my free time curled up on the couch with my trusty remote control. But don't let my love of all things scary and romantic fool you - when I am not indulging in cinematic delights, I can also be found sweating it out at the gym. So while my Netflix queue may include Fifty Shades Freed and Halloween, you'll also find me lifting weights and getting fit. This may seem odd but it is part of my personality: I love Netflix marathons, as well heavy deadlifts. Let's face it, chick flicks taught us a lot about how you can have both a strong body and a healthy mind. Is that right? (But don't ask me to choose between Zac Efron and Jamie Lee Curtis - that's a Impossible decision.)
